Job Description

• Subject Matter Expert with IBM RTC internals, customization, and administration
• 6 years + experience with RTC and CCM
• Extensive knowledge/experience with Custom plugins for RTC
• Working knowledge of a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience working in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Windows-based databases
• Proficient with the IBM Jazz/RTC environment
• Work with a global team and communicate effectively
