3. Cross-departmental communication to analyze the root cause of product failures.Requirement1. 2 plus years of semiconductor field experience is required.
2. MS degree in electronics or related engineering fields
3. Hands-on failure analysis and testing experience on products are required.
4. DFT-related experience is a plus
