Responsible for installing, calibrating, and maintaining a wide range of instrumentation devices used in wastewater treatment processes. This includes sensors, transmitters, flow meters, level indicators, analysers, and other instruments that measure parameters such as pH, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, and flow rates. Ensures the proper functioning of control systems, such as SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), DCS (Distributed Control Systems), and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) panels. Responsible for troubleshooting the control system malfunctions, perform software updates etc. Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance work in compliance with company procedures to minimise plant breakdowns.
