Role Summary
Assist the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching the team, and fostering a culture of performance and inspiration.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and coach the retail store team.
- Build strong customer relationships and recognize what drives them.
- Promote the brand’s values of nature, adventure, and ethical retail.
