Job Description
To maintain the availability, reliability, and optimal performance of all NLC business applications through proactive system monitoring, effective incident management, and responsive user support. The incumbent will manage application configurations, coordinate system updates and enhancements, and ensure compliance with ICT governance, quality assurance, and change management frameworks, including COBIT 2019, ITIL, and ISO/IEC 20000. Remuneration will be aligned with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Software Engineering. COBIT 2019 or ISO/IEC 20000 certification (advantageous). Vendor certifications such as Microsoft, Oracle, or relevant ERP platforms (preferred).
