ICT Consultant and Project Manager

Responsibilities

1. Create & manage ICT project plans including planning, the scope of work, implementation, cost, risk management and UAT, delivery to the customer
2. Conduct project and service transition activities using organizational practices guidelines & established processes
3. Track project schedule, scope and resources utilization, performance and achievement of project objective
4. Establish communication plan between customers, engineers and management
5. Track actual cost & schedule against baseline budget and plan
6. Provide periodic/regular and accurate updates and maintain effective communication channels with respective stakeholders
7. Manage issues & risks, lead process of issue identification and resolution to ensure smooth transition of project delivery
8. Manage and engage in ICT-related technical discussion with 3rd party vendors/partners for delivery and installation of hardware
