Overview:
MailPlus is an Australian logistics and courier company that specialises in express shipping, parcel delivery, and post office management services specifically tailored for businesses (such as eCommerce merchants, corporate offices, and small-to-medium enterprises).
We are looking for an ICT Customer Support Officer to join the team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical and customer support for MailPlus’ national network of franchisees, drivers, and corporate clients. The role ensures that all users can effectively access and utilise MailPlus digital platforms, mobile applications, and operational systems, contributing to the company’s efficiency and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Sydney, NSW.
