Responsibilities
- Lead the development, review, and enhancement of ICT and data governance policies, standards, and guidelines
- Oversee implementation and communication of governance policies across stakeholders
- Conduct policy effectiveness reviews and identify areas for improvement
- Engage and collaborate with internal divisions and key stakeholders to gather feedback and align policy requirements
- Work with stakeholders at various levels to ensure policies support strategic healthcare objectives and operational needs
