Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure multifunction printers (MFPs) and print servers.
- Implement and support print management, document capturing, and document
- management systems across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid setups.
- Integrate MFPs &/or solutions with customer IT environments: Windows Server/Client
- OS, macOS, ARM, Android, IOS, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, VLANs, network
- segmentation, firewall coordination, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365,
- Google Workspace, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Google Drive.
- Configure scanning workflows, OCR, SMB/FTP, and cloud routing.
- Provide Helpdesk support and manage escalations.
- Troubleshoot printing, network, identity, and workflow issues.
- Provide internal staff training & support.
- Support pre-sales activities, project management and assist with technical proposals.
