ICT Systems Administrator (CPT) IT - Support

ENVIRONMENT:
PLAY a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of the IT infrastructure of a dynamic provider of innovative Software & Systems Solutions looking for a strong technical ICT Systems Administrator. You will not only maintain and optimize network systems, servers, and hardware but also provide vital support to the ICT Manager. In addition, you will collaborate closely with ICT staff, offering guidance and assistance whenever necessary. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving, ensuring that all IT systems function efficiently and effectively to support the organization's goals.
DUTIES:
Support Services
- Maintain the Active Directory Services (AD, GPO, DHCP, DNS, ADFS, WSUS, File & Print Services).
- Assist the ICT Manager with securing infrastructure and support offerings.
