Job Summary:


The post holder will be responsible for the support and delivery of an extensive range of Information Technology (IT) Systems within NIAS. As a member of the IT Team, he/she will provide support and assistance for the implementation, operation and improvement of the Trust’s IT Systems and Services.


The Post Holder will be a member of a team that is responsible, through the Trusts ICT Manager, for the, managing and resolving incidents as they arise on the Trusts ICT Infrastructure, ICT Systems, remote access solutions and telephone systems.

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In conjunction with the IT Manager and Assistant Director ICT, develop and implement the Trust’s IT strategy and related policies in conjunction, to ensure the delivery of effective and efficient IT and Radio/Telephony Services to allow the Trust to achieve its objectives.”
