Job Description
For our locations in Barcelona or remote in Spain , we are looking for an Identity and Access Management Support Engineer (m/f/d) to join our Managed Services Europe team .
In this role, you will provide both 2nd and 3rd level support for Identity Governance platforms based on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) . Additionally, you will manage day-to-day support operations, troubleshoot technical issues, implement fixes and enhancements, and contribute to the continuous improvement and stability of our customers' IAM systems.
Your Responsibilities
