Position Title: IDOE STEM Coach
Salary Range: Teacher Contract
Contract Length: 11- month
Immediate Supervisor: Principal
Basic Function: The STEM instructional coach will increase the quality and effectiveness of classroom instruction through observation and feedback, lesson-modeling, co-teaching, mentoring, and facilitating academic reflection. The coach will assist in aligning instruction with best practices in the integration of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics across content areas to meet the needs of all students.
