Job Description
Role responsibilities
Install, service, maintain, and repair gas boilers, heating systems, and gas appliances.Carry out plumbing installations and repairs, including pipework, bathrooms, radiators, and hot water systems.Diagnose faults and troubleshoot gas, heating, and plumbing issues.Perform gas safety inspections, testing, and certification.Complete preventative maintenance and emergency repair work.Ensure all work complies with RGI regulations, Irish Standards, and health & safety requirements.Maintain accurate service records, reports, and certification documentation.Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs or maintenance requirements to clients.Participate in on-call or emergency call-out rotas when required.Ensure work requests are carried out on time and to a satisfactory level.·Coordinate subcontractors when required.Qualifications:
