IEN Learner - Supervised Practice Experience Partnership (SPEP)
Contract: Temporary Full-time, 1.0 FTE
Union Status: Non-union
Shift Schedule: Mon – Sun – Various rotating 12-hour shifts (hours subject to change based on operational needs)

The Supervised Practice Experience Partnership (SPEP) is a program delivered in collaboration with Ontario Health and the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO). SPEP Nurse Learners at Halton Healthcare will be partnered with a highly-skilled preceptor at one of our three hospital sites (Oakville, Milton, Georgetown). Learners will work up to a maximum of 450 hours under the direct supervision of a preceptor to demonstrate the application of nursing knowledge, skill, judgment and understanding of their nursing accountabilities ...
