Core Responsibility:
- Support CMMS system data input into IFS for both Preventive and Corrective Maintenance works on FPSO Helang.
- Responsible for safe keeping for maintenance reports and checklist, ensure it is readily available for audits.
- Support planning and scheduling aspect of all preventive maintenance work with Maintenance Supervisor.
- Support on guiding supervisor on raising Support Issue in IFS or MOC for maintenance deferment, ensure it follows Company Procedure.
- Responsible for spare-parts inventory synchronization between Labuan warehouse, FPSO Helang store and IFS System.
- Support Labuan Warehouse and storekeeper with spare-parts movement between Labuan and FPSO Helang.
- Responsible for IFS data entry for spare parts.
