In this role, you will deliver intensive home-based treatment services to clients facing significant emotional and behavioral challenges. Your primary focus will be empowering youth and caregivers to develop robust coping mechanisms, preventing the need for out-of-home placement, or aiding in a seamless transition back home from a more intensive care setting.
