Ilog Development Manager
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the BA, user, tester, developer teams.
- Use and manage a team of developers and ensure work assignments for high utilization and effective, quality outcomes while avoiding re-work.
- Drive technical innovation to enhance functional and technical capabilities of the IBM ODM (iLOG) rule engine.
- Communicate with technical and non-technical resources and work with limited direction while being highly productive.
- Apply standards and industry frameworks while leveraging existing technologies and tools in the Bank.
- Produce detailed design/low level design documents that communicate the system design effectively.
- Drive adherence to development, configuration management and deployment standards for solutions.
