An opportunity for an Image Viewer/Customer Service Advisor has arisen within an exciting photoshoot company based in Wakefield and Huddersfield. The business boasts two state of the art photographic studios, which offer beautiful settings for a makeover and photoshoot.
The Image Viewer/Customer Service Advisor role has the following responsibilities:
To liaise with the customer, making them feel comfortable at all times.
Liaise with the customer and show them the photographs that have been taken.
Upsell and inform the customer of any special offers regarding the purchase of the photos.
Inform the customer of how the process works regarding their newly taken photographs.
