The SEA Integrated Marketing team (IMC) – Merchandise Campaign Operations drives end-to-end campaign merchandise strategy to ensure strong seller participation, competitive pricing, and high-quality assortment across SEA. The team focuses on optimizing campaign product pools, improving price competitiveness, and maximizing GMV through structured registration strategies and close collaboration with Category and Account Management teams. By balancing commercial performance and platform governance, the team plays a key role in delivering impactful campaign outcomes and enhancing the overall shopping experience on TikTok Shop.
