Location: Remote (India)
Work Hours: India hours
Active license to practice Immigration Law in the United States (mandatory)*
> Minimum 3-5 years of experience in U.S. corporate immigration law.
> Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration regulations, processes, and compliance requirements.
> Advise corporate clients on US immigration matters, including H-1B, L-1, PERM, employment-based green cards, and compliance issues.
> Manage the end-to-end process of immigration cases, ensuring accuracy, compliance,
and timely submissions.
