- Must have an interest in Immigration Law
- Must be BILINGUAL (English and Spanish)
- Must be willing to work with clients who have suffered trauma due to persecutions
- Must be familiar with asylum applications
- Must have knowledge of removal proceedings
- Assist clients in filling out forms and gathering necessary evidence to successfully complete their cases
- Legal research on case law as related to immigration
- Follow up on pending clients
- Update clients with case progress, answering their questions
- Translations
- Efficiently manage assigned case load
- Other duties may be assigned
