Southwark Council is seeking a MASH Team Manager to lead and manage a team providing outstanding support to vulnerable children and families. You will promote excellent social work practice, challenge and motivate your team, and ensure effective safeguarding measures.
This role involves leadership, extensive knowledge of childcare legislation, and a commitment to anti-discriminatory practices. The position offers 36 hours per week, a competitive salary between £54,360 - £61,686 per annum, and additional benefits such as a welcome payment and retention payment.
