Job Description
We are seeking an organized and proactive Implementation Coordinator to support the successful execution of operational initiatives, service implementations, process improvements, and cross-functional projects.
This role will coordinate activities across technical, operations and stakeholder groups to ensure projects are delivered on time, risks are mitigated, and operational teams are prepared for successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate implementation projects, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication between Operations, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and coordinate mitigation plans.
- Support operational readiness, process documentation, SOP creation, and training activities.
