Job Summary
He/She/They are responsible for the implementation of Cash Management products/services to the client thru over the phone and/or face to face
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery and deployment of Cash Management Products and Services, ensuring they are on time and to the required standard
- Coordinates with other internal units of the Bank (i.e. Business Development, Product Management, Enrollment, Cash Hub etc.) to deliver client requirements
- Regularly updates in a complete and timely manner the deal implementation progress of assigned products and services
- Suggests and implements improvements to current process and support team initiatives
- Proactively provides project updates on initiatives, deal onboarding status and required management information to the Team Head
