About the Role
Your primary responsibility is to ensure successful deployment, onboarding, adoption, operational execution, and long-term account success for universities using Space Basic. As a B2 B Saa S company, retention and ARR growth are extremely important to us. This role is heavily focused on ensuring campuses actively use Space Basic across operations because strong adoption directly impacts renewals, customer satisfaction, and long-term revenue growth.
