Job Description

  Position Overview: The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the successful transition of new clients, coordinating all necessary activities from project initiation to go-live and post-implementation support.

  •   Work Schedule and Arrangement: 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM EST, Remote/Onsite Office Location : 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu   Key Responsibilities:   Synthesize Intake Coordinate with Sales to review call notes and aggregate project details.
  •   Client Intros Lead kick-off calls to gather requirements and establish availability.
  •   Meeting Planning Organize and set up recurring weekly project meetings.
  •   Internal Setup Proficient with Google Space/Drive for team onboarding (Managers, Mentors, Billers).
