We’re looking for an Implementation Success Analyst to lead client onboarding and ensure an excellent implementation experience for our customers. You will play a key role in driving product adoption and long-term success by guiding clients through all stages of implementation — from kickoff and configuration to go-live and post-launch support.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the onboarding process for clients, ensuring a smooth transition to using the platform.
- Develop and implement integration playbooks that promote quick and effective adoption of the solutions.
