What you'll do:
Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, from kickoff through go-live.Manage multiple small to mid-sized implementations concurrently, ensuring milestones, timelines, and expectations are met.Deliver projects on time using TrueCommerce implementation best practices and methodologies.Identify risks or issues and escalate appropriately to ensure successful go-live.Train customers on solution functionality and best practices through webinars and one-on-one sessions.Ensure customers are prepared to use the solution effectively at go-live.Provide clear, timely project status updates and maintain project records in NetSuite PSA.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve software, mapping, and integration issues.Document implementation issues and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.Deliver ...
