Position Overview As the Implementation Team Lead, you will ensure deployments are technically excellent, intuitively operable, and customer‑owned from day one. You will lead through action and clarity, mentoring teams, overseeing solution testing and documentation, and ensuring customers understand and own the system.
Responsibilities
Lead Technical Execution:
Oversee system configuration, SCADA/HMI development, PLC code deployment, and perform and supervise testing and commissioning (FAT, SAT, live validation).
Coach and Mentor:
Guide Automation Integration Specialists, build reusable standards and templates, reinforce best practices.
Own Customer Enablement:
Lead on‑site knowledge transfer, training for customer ops teams, support early post‑deployment adoption.
