Responsibilities- Coordinate / PO follow up with origin and customer for all incoming shipment.
- Manage shipments pre-alerts to customer timely.
- Basic knowledge on cargo commodity as per IATA rules and regulation
- Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly
- Arrange shipments deliveries with customers and Traffic Team and customs team
- Maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Handle all customers' enquiries timely and effectively
- Work closely with internal operations to meet customer’s requirements
- Ensure compliance with customer’s Standard Operating Procedures
