Provide support to the Team.
Manage customer purchase orders (POs), forecasts, and backlogs.
Oversee the shipment process from start to finish.
Address customer inquiries and prepare quotations.
Handle assigned local and international customer accounts.
Respond to customer feedback and resolve any complaints.
