Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for an Import & Export Coordinator.
Job Responsibilities- Coordinate and monitor daily trucking and shipment activities to ensure timely and efficient operations.
- Liaise with shipping lines, agents, depots, and terminals regarding container release, collection, returns, and related operational matters.
- Plan and schedule import and export deliveries based on customer requirements and operational timelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments, customers, consignees, and logistics partners to ensure smooth transportation and depot operations.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service‑related issues in a professional and timely manner.
