Job Description
The Job:
- Provide flight details to customers within one hour of booking receipt
- Ensure export documents comply with regulations during order processing
- Apply correct export permits and customs processes in a timely manner
- Monitor onboard status and inform customers of any irregularities
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for shipment status updates
The Talent
- GCE O Level with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in warehousing and customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- Meticulous, independent, and a good team player.
- Able to maintain high standards in housekeeping and safety tasks.
- On-the-job training will be provided.
