Responsibilities:
Shipment Execution (Core Responsibility) Manage import/export shipments across Singapore, Thailand, Australia and Southeast Asia regions. Coordinate daily with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PLs to ensure smooth shipment execution Track shipments proactively and resolve delays or clearance issues quickly
Customs Compliance & Regulations Ensure full compliance with import/export regulations in Singapore, Thailand, and Australia Handle temporary imports and re-exports across Asian markets Support shipments involving CITES-controlled goods, ensuring proper permits and documentation
