Job Summary
To manage and coordinate international shipping and customs processes, ensure compliance with international trade regulations, maintain accurate documentation, and facilitate the smooth movement of goods across borders.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage import and export operations in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Prepare and process import/export documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, customs declarations).
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping agents, and government authorities.
- Ensure timely clearance of goods from customs, minimizing demurrage and detention costs.
- Monitor shipments and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
