Position Title: Ocean Freight Import Officer
Working Location: Toh Guan
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 08:15 AM – 15:30 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate sea import shipments
- Ensure accurate customer documentation and compliance with safety procedures
- Prepare and process import documents (e.g., HB/L, MBL, manifest, customs declarations)
- Perform system data entry and resolve shipment issues
- Communicate with customers, shipping lines, transport teams, and overseas offices for smooth deliveries
- Ensure timely billing and collection of charges from customers or agents
- Follow up on short-landed, damaged, or discrepancy cargo
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
