Responsibilities
Preparing documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and shipping steps and procedures. Reviewing paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly. Checking Expenses, negotiating transportation and handling costs as well as space and equipment availability with an external freight forwarder. Coordinating with suppliers from overseas, forwarding agents, customs clearance, and internal companies. Preparing and checking all related documents, and shipping documents for import & export (Invoice, Packing List, etc.). Qualifications
