[Job Summary]
One of our clients, which is listed FMCG industry, is now looking for an Import/Export cum admin staff.

[Job description]
- Understand products to be imported from Japan and register NOC (application for import license) with government agencies.
- After receiving the permit, perform order placement, order receipt, and trade operations with the head office in Japan and with clients in Vietnam.
- Prepare labels for products to be imported, upload information to the label system, and manage label inventory and order placement.
- Manage inventory and place orders for labels.
- Translation of packages and documents, and exchange of documents with 3PL warehouses and customs brokers.
