The Presales – IMS Services professional at

will support sales and government/enterprise bid teams by designing, positioning, and proposing
Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS)
solutions. The role requires strong technical solutioning, RFP management, costing, and customer-facing capabilities aligned with Orient’s infrastructure, data center, network, EUC, and ITSM service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Presales & Solution Design
Work closely with Sales, Government Sales, and Enterprise teams to understand customer requirements
