Your new role
This in-housemercial lawyer role will see you join a good sized team in Manchester. You will advise on a range ofmercial contracts, technology contracts, and data protection matters. You will also advise on the licensing of technology and services and will gain exposure to corporateernance matters. Working within a supportive legal team, you will have the opportunity to run your own matters and to assist colleagues on a range of larger projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be amercial lawyer at NQ level or with up to circa 3 years' pqe. Ideally, you will have gained exposure to technology agreements, IP agreements and data protection. With well rounded technical skills, you should be a capable team player who can work well within a team.
