Providing commercially focused, pragmatic legal advice and support across a broad range of business activities and client engagementsAdvising on client contracts such as engagement terms, master services agreements, client secondments, non-disclosure agreements, reliance letters, and release lettersAdvising on a wide range of legal, risk, and compliance matters affecting the firm, including intellectual property and data protection issuesSupporting the business in understanding the legal and regulatory implications of new service lines and modelling and analytics tools, including drafting associated contractual documentation and website termsWorking closely with the Data Protection and Information Security team, providing advice on privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity requirementsActing as a trusted adviser and building excellent internal relationships with partne...
