A leader in Shipping and Logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the In-House Legal (M&A) position based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including confidentiality agreements, vendor contracts, service and licensing agreements.
- Provide legal support and strategic advice on corporate matters, including investment activities, cross-border transactions, and M&A processes such as reviewing term sheets, shareholder agreements, and related documentation.
- Offer practical legal guidance to internal stakeholders, ensuring business initiatives are executed with proper legal risk assessment and regulatory compliance.
- Advise on deal structuring, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with various departments and external legal partners.
