Job Title: HR Recruiter (in-house)
Location: Tampines
Working Hours: 8 am - 5.30 pm
Basic Salary upto $5500

Responsibilities- Managing end to end recruitment cycle from client management till onboarding.
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategies (including advisement job board/agencies/search firms). Acquiring top talent with the right competencies.
- Design goals and timelines to achieve recruitment turnaround time to ensure customer satisfaction and company priority.
- Screen, interview, and present applicants to the hiring management team; provide reference checks for qualified applicants.
- Organize & participate in job fairs or other outside activities.
- Act as a single point of contact for all recruitment/search agencies / temporary agencies.
