Responsibilities:
Act as a core member of the distributed IT SAP HCM application team responsible for support and enhancements projects in a complex and integrated IT landscape in HR; Daily incident solving in HCM PA, PT, PY, OM (2nd and 3rd level support); Map requirements, processes and objectives, develop necessary product modifications to satisfy business requirements. Document AS-IS and TO-BE by identifying gaps, issues and work around solutions; supervise development activities when needed; Support the global SAP ECC HR Roll-out, SuccessFactors Implementation, FIORI.
