Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies focused on India GCCs and domestic clients to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets (typically INR 30 – 40 crore).

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, including strategic accounts, typically managing anywhere between 10-20 key accounts for sustained revenue growth and client satisfaction.

  • Maintain and actively manage a robust sales pipeline valued at INR 20 - 30 crore to ensure consistent business development and forecast accuracy.

  • Engage with senior stakeholders within client organizations to identify needs, present technology solutions, and negotiate contracts.
