• Strong OTM Cloud techno-functional expertise
• Hands-on experience in OTM workbenches, agents, workflows, and UI configuration
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML integrations, and web services
• Strong SQL skills, data model understanding, and reporting knowledge
