Job Description
ROLE PURPOSE
Responsible for preparing lab samples and performing tests in accordance with developed work instructions in alignment with business needs.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
- Testing & Preparation : Prepare specimens and perform laboratory tests such as FAW, RAW, IC, and sample cutting.
- Safety Compliance : Conduct all testing using approved PPE (including respirators) and report Near Misses to the HSE Manager.
- Equipment Oversight : Ensure all equipment is calibrated and functional; notify management of upcoming calibration due dates or malfunctions.
- Data & Documentation : Record technical data in daily logs and equipment books, prepare graphs via computer, and support IPL documentation.
- Quality & Efficiency : Follow strict methodologies for analysis and contribute to cost-efficient resource usage to reduce waste.
