Job Description
- Perform in-process inspections at various stages of production
- Monitor production operations to ensure compliance with work instructions and quality standards
- Conduct sampling and testing of materials and semi-finished products
- Identify, document, and report non-conformities or defects
- Initiate and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Approve or reject products based on quality criteria and specifications
- Ensure proper use and calibration of inspection and measuring tools
- Maintain accurate inspection records and reports
- Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues in real time
- Support process improvements to reduce defects and improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality management systems
