& Summary: As an Entry Level Transport Planner specializing in microsimulation modelling and traffic analysis, you will play a crucial role in supporting our transportation planning and engineering projects. You will work closely with managers and colleagues to develop, calibrate, and validate traffic models, analyze traffic patterns, and contribute to the development of sustainable and efficient transport solutions.Responsibilities:
Transport Modelling:
Assist in the development and calibration of demand models (VISUM) and microsimulation models using software such as VISSIM, Aimsun, or similar platforms.
Conduct traffic simulations to evaluate the performance of existing and proposed transportation systems.
Analyze results to identify traffic flow patterns, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
